Terms of use

These terms cover the Luna Chrome extension, Windows app, Mac app, iPhone app, and this website. Last updated 13 September 2026.

Who we are

Luna is operated by Frank Masciopinto. Support: frank.masciopinto@gmail.com.

The product

Luna listens to interview audio you allow it to capture, transcribes with Whisper, and suggests spoken replies. Luna calls OpenAI from its server with Luna’s key. That usage is included in the 24-hour trial and in a paid license.

Trial

The first time an app loads, it starts a 24-hour trial on that device. Reloading or updating does not restart the clock. After the trial, Listen stays locked until you activate a valid license key.

Paid licenses

Annual is $137 USD for twelve months from the moment you activate the key. Lifetime is $250 USD and does not expire. A key is for you, on devices you control. It is not a seat you can resell. Refunds are handled by email to the support address above.

License keys are issued after Stripe Checkout confirms payment. This website does not mint keys in your browser. Keys that do not match Luna’s checker are rejected.

Your responsibilities

No account

Luna does not create a user account. Settings, briefs, trial start, and license keys stay on the device (Chrome storage, or local storage in the native apps).

Availability

The Chrome extension is distributed as an unpacked folder or a packed zip until it is listed on the Chrome Web Store. Desktop and iPhone builds may be unsigned. We do not promise the Chrome Web Store, Apple, or Microsoft will accept a given build.

Disclaimer

Luna is provided as is. Suggested replies can be wrong. You are responsible for what you say in an interview. We are not liable for interview outcomes or OpenAI charges.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change posted here is acceptance. Questions: frank.masciopinto@gmail.com.
